What type of training

Named this year "Skills for Innovation", the call aims to support the digital and ecological transition processes of employers, as well as to promote new employment, through the recognition of a contribution to the labor costs of those involved in skills enhancement training courses in the following areas:

• technological and digital systems;
• introduction and development of artificial intelligence;
• sustainability and environmental impact;
• circular economy;
• ecological transition;
• energy efficiency;
• corporate welfare and organizational well-being.

• Coverage of labor costs: The Fund directly reimburses companies for the personnel costs related to training hours, thus allowing the development of skills to be combined with production needs.
• Customized training: Specific training courses to improve digital, technological, and managerial skills, designed based on company needs.
• Focus on competitiveness: Promotes workers' employability and increases the competitiveness of companies.

Timelines and deadlines

• Application submission: from February 10, 2025 until resources are exhausted, following the chronological order
• Training period: The training activities must be completed within 1 year from approval by the Ministry
