What is Art. 23 - Seasonal Work

Article 23 of the Consolidated Immigration Law (D.Lgs. 286/98) regulates the entry into Italy of seasonal workers from non-EU countries through the quota system established annually by the Flows Decree.

 

This tool allows Italian companies to temporarily hire foreign personnel to cope with peaks in seasonal work, with a simplified procedure compared to standard subordinate employment.

How the Procedure Works
