PA 2025-24397/RER – Language Training to Promote Employability, Adaptability, and Inclusion, approved by the Emilia-Romagna Region with Regional Government Resolution (DGR) No. 1659/2025 of 20/10/2025 and co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus 2021–2027.TRAINING OBJECTIVESThe course aims to develop basic communicative competence in the Italian language, corresponding to Level A1 of the CEFR, enabling participants to:understand and use familiar everyday expressions;interact in a simple way in predictable contexts;manage immediate communication needs related to daily, social, and work life;increase personal autonomy and access to employment and training opportunities.The training offer is aimed at individuals who have completed compulsory education and the right-duty to education and training, regardless of their employment status, and who wish to undertake a training pathway to improve their language skills.Participants must be residents or domiciled in the Emilia-Romagna Region prior to enrollment and must hold a valid residence permit.TRAINING PROGRAMThe offer includes the following training courses:ITALIAN – LEVEL A1, 80 HOURSThe A1 level course (beginner level) is intended for those with very limited knowledge of the language who wish to learn to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very common phrases to meet basic needs.ITALIAN – LEVEL A2, 60 HOURSThe A2 level course (elementary level) is designed for those with a basic knowledge of Italian (A1), who can already understand simple communication situations. Specifically, the training activities, completely free and aimedexclusively at unemployed people registered in the program, provide the opportunity to undergo targeted training for updating (upskilling) their professional skills. RECIPIENTS:Recipients are those enrolled in the GOL Program, meaning people who, following the assessment, have entered Cluster Pathway 2. The activity is financed by the European Union NextGeneration EU PNRR GOL ProgramOBJECTIVES:The goal of GOL is to improve people's employment integration by offering personalized pathways for entering or re-entering the workforce. Specifically, the training activities, completely free and exclusively for unemployed people registered in the program, provide the opportunity for targeted retraining (pathway number 3 – reskilling) of professional skills. RECIPIENTS:Recipients are those enrolled in the GOL Program, meaning people who, following the assessment, have entered Cluster Pathway 3.
