THE NEW COURSE FOR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF TRAVEL AND TOURISM AGENCY STARTS: on November 4, 2025. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 29, 2025.
The course will be held half online and half in person:
- ONLINE Lessons from Monday to Friday - 6:30 PM-10:30 PM
- IN-PERSON Lessons in Modena from Monday to Saturday 9 AM-1 PM and 2 PM-6 PM (indicative period January-February 2026)
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: The technical director of a travel and tourism agency is the person responsible for the technical management of the agency; oversees company activities, manages organization, planning, and promotion, and handles human resources; performs technical and specialized functions related to the production, organization, and intermediation of trips and other tourism products.
TARGET AUDIENCE: The course is aimed at those interested in obtaining professional qualification to perform the role of Technical Director of a Travel and Tourism Agency.
HOW TO BECOME A TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF A TRAVEL AND TOURISM AGENCY?
REQUIREMENTS
■ Age of majority;
■ Italian citizenship or citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of another country along with documentation proving compliance with current immigration and labor regulations;
■ High school diploma, issued by a state or legally recognized or equivalent school, obtained abroad as long as its equivalence is recognized by the competent Italian authority;
■ For foreign candidates, certification of proficiency in Italian language at level B2 is required;
■ Possession of certificates of knowledge of English and another foreign language at a level equal to or higher than B2.
CONTENTS
The training program is divided into three modules:
■ Module A (120 hours) - Tourism assistance and consulting;
■ Module B (180 hours) - Business management of the travel and tourism agency;
■ Module C (120 hours) - Promotion of the travel and tourism agency and tourist marketing.
■ Internship - 180 hours

DURATION AND ATTENDANCE: The course lasts 600 hours divided as follows:
-195 hours online (Monday to Friday - 6:30 PM-10:30 PM)
-195 hours in person (Monday to Saturday 9 AM-1 PM; 2 PM-6 PM | indicative period January-February 2026)
-30 hours of Project Work
-180 hours of Internship (Monday to Saturday 9 AM-1 PM; 2 PM-6 PM | indicative period March-April 2026)
FINAL CERTIFICATE: Qualification certificate for Travel and Tourism Agency Director.
FINAL EXAM: The qualifying final exam will be held in person in Modena.
